Nascent Design rebranding

The challenge

Nascenct design, as a growing Italian branding studio, started a renovation of the brand to enable the company to be recognized as a as design studio and consultancy, with a branding focus and a global point of view, strong and reliable in the development ofend to end products and services that generate value to many aspects of their clients’ businesses.
Company + Brand analysis

The project was born from an initial analysis of the agency and its brand, looking at its current state, defining the main elements and assets. In parallel, we had a deeper look at the competitors (the companies and their brands) and we identified relevant trends of performance and structure.

1st phase methodology

The initial stage was the new sense making, managed by the generation of narratives for the brand, this led us to realize that our most important task at hand was to understand why we do what we do at Nascent, why did we choose to work as designers and more specifically to work there. Answering these questions guided us to select a single narrative and start the exploration for creative routes, as a result we generated the main concept and statement of the new brand.
2nd phase methodology

The 2nd phase followed a more rigid stage gate process, developing the foundation for the brand visual identity system.
Main moodboard as support for the new brand language exploration, and as a screening tool to test new findings.
